Eduard Graf, who worked as a Chief Scout at Borussia Dortmund for 12 years, has been appointed as the Football Technical and Scouting Director of Beşiktaş.  Eduard Graf signed his contract at Beşiktaş Nevzat Demir Training Facilities in the presence of Beşiktaş Chairman Serdal Adalı.
