Beşiktaş  Chairman Hasan Arat spoke to the international French news agency AFP ( Agence France-Presse)  about the latest situation of Beşiktaş football team.  In his statement which was published by other reputable European media organizations as well, Mr. Arat said, "Our number one priority is to build a better team. We will strengthen our squad with new signings during the upcoming winter transfer season."
