Istanbul, Haliç University's 12th Sportsmen of the Year Awards ceremony was held at the Ceylan Intercontinental Hotel today. While Beşiktaş JK Chairman Fikret Orman won the Chairman of Year award, midfielder Oğuzhan Özyakup was crowned as the Best Player of 2013.
