The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has accepted Beşiktaş JK's request for a stay of execution. The hearings will take place between 20 to 23 August, with a final decision being issued before 30 August.Therefore, the Club is eligible to participate in Europa League draws set for 9 August.
