Dear Beşiktaş Fans

As you all know, Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquakes have deeply affected our country. Unfortunately, it will take some time to erase the sorrow and pain the disaster has brought on our nation.

When we first heard about the earthquake, the only thing we thought of as Beşiktaş was to find a way to help. It was to mobilize our community immediately, determine the needed relief items, collect aid accordingly, ensure their coordination and to reach out to the region urgently.

Aid poured in like an avalanche through our concerned citizens who flocked to the Earthquake Relief Center we established inside the Vodafone Park in a very short time. Beşiktaş JK Board of Directors, Beşiktaş Football A.Ş. Board Members, our athletes and coaches from all Beşiktaş sports disciplines and Beşiktaş fan groups have worked shoulder to shoulder and quickly delivered a total of 215 aid trucks to the earthquake region.

To provide shelter for the earthquake victims we have set up tent cities and soup kitchens in Kahramanmaraş, Hatay and Adıyaman cities. Thanks to non-stop contributions from our supporters, we will keep on building new ones. In addition to Beşiktaş; Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Trabzonspor, other Anatolian clubs are also showing an unparalleled solidarity to heal the wounds caused by the earthquakes.

On behalf of Beşiktaş community; I offer my condolences to the families and loved ones of the earthquake victims who lost their lives and pray for a speedy recovery for our nation.
