The prolific Hungarian centre-forward (born 1938 in Budapest) played for MTK Budapest, Wiener Sport-Club, Real Betis and RCD Espanyol before signing for Beşiktaş JK in 1966. He was part of the National League championship team in 1967. Five of the eight goals he scored in the league that season were game winners. He continued his career in the USA and later moved to the Turkish Second Division club Boluspor. After helping them win promotion, he retired from football to take up coaching.
