The defender (born 2 March 1955 in Adana) started his football career with İskenderunspor and was signed by Beşiktaş JK in 1977. He played 334 matches for the Black Eagles and scored 7 goals. He won 2 League Championships, 1 Presidency Cup, 1 Prime Ministry Cup and 2 TSDY Cups before retiring in 1988. Still active as a manager, his coachings stints included Ankaragücü, Kayseri Erciyesspor, Vanspor, Adana Demirspor,Gençlerbirliği, Gaziantepspor, Trabzonspor, Ankaraspor and Bucaspor.
