Playing football in Europe was my biggest dream, but it wasn't easy. Before going there, I had a fear of not being able to perform up to my potential. But at AS Roma, I overcame that fear.
 
When I got transferred to Europe at a young age, I didn't know any foreign languages. But eventually, I was able to learn them, even though it was difficult.
 
-Italian league is  different because teams focus heavily on tactics. During the trainings, we would constantly work on game tactics. In England, the game is played at a much higher tempo. In France, the league is full of stronger and aggressive players. It is generally a physical league. Playing in these leagues have been a good experience for me.
 
I played with new Black Eagle Wilfred Ndidi for a season in the past. He is a very strong and tough player. He was one of the key players on the team back then. Years later, we'll be playing together again on the same team. I'm really excited about that.
 
Playing in front of Beşiktaş fans at the Beşiktaş Stadium as a Beşiktaş player is a completely different feeling. I had played here many times as a player for other teams and even scored goals. Because of the deafening chants and cheers of Beşiktaş supporters, we couldn't communicate with each other on the pitch. But now, those fans will be with us, and I'll be scoring my goals for Beşiktaş.
 
I'd like to thank Coach Sergen for choosing and believing in me. He also gives me more responsibility on the pitch. When you get more freedom to decide what to do during the game, you gradually gain more experience and become a better player.
 
Also, a player who plays regularly develops more confidence and becomes more productive on the pitch. I'll show that part of me when I get the opportunity.
 
I'm truly excited for opening a new page with Beşiktaş. Experiencing this excitement after such a long time is a unique feeling for me. I’ll do my best for not to disappoint those who believe in me."
