Former Black Eagle and current Glasgow Rangers player Rıdvan Yılmaz (born 2001 in Istanbul) arrived in Istanbul for transfer negotiations and Beşiktaş medical tests .
 
"I'm happy to be back home again. I've been away for three years and missed that  glorious Beşiktaş jersey a lot.  We will do everything to get our community and our fans back on their feet," said the young and talent left-back at the Istanbul Airport.
