"My biggest dream is to watch a Beşiktaş match at the stadium and wear a player- signed Beşiktaş jersey one day," said Doğukan, who is studying at a barrier-free centre in Sivas.  

His wish was finally fulfilled at an event organized by the Community Supported Turkish Police Directorate. To watch the Turkish Cup match between Sivasspor and Beşiktaş, Doğukan  was invited to Sivas 9 Eylül Stadium where he met Beşiktaş player Salih Uçan in person. Black Eagle Uçan presented Doğukan with a signed Beşiktaş jersey before the match.
