Excerpts from Milot Rashica interview:

 

-My uncle, who was playing football in the lower leagues in Kosovo, enrolled me in a football school  when I was 7 years old.  I've been playing football ever since. 

-The eagle is the national symbol of the people of Albania and Kosovo. I often celebrated my goals by making an eagle sign, Therefore, I am no stranger to Beşiktaş’ Black Eagle.

- From the very first moment we started negotiations, Beşiktaş showed me a lot of respect  and made me feel that they really wanted me. That was the most important thing for me and I wanted to go back to Turkey immediately. Me and my family really love Istanbul and have had a good time here.

-Since I played in this stadium last season, I know the atmosphere here. Beşiktaş supporters have become a major force in winning games in this beautiful stadium and we will definitely make use of it.  

-It doesn't really matter what position I play, but I hope to score a lot of goals and make a lot of assists this season. It's not just the goals and assists of course,  I will give best  to the team whenever I am on the pitch.

-Hopefully, we will have a good season. I have watched Beşiktaş’ earlier matches. We have gotten off to a very good start. I hope we can maintain  this momentum and lift the championship trophy at the end.
