After Mustafa Pektemek’s 3rd-minute header put the Black Eagles 1-0 in front, Demba Ba doubled Beşiktaş’ lead in the 38th-minute. However, Tolunay Torun pulled one back for the home side with a long-range free-kick 3 minutes later and closed the scoring for the first half.
Roman Motta extended Beşiktaş’ advantage to two goals again with a deflected shot 5 minutes into the second half, and the Black Eagles added two more through Olcay Şahan and Jose Sosa in the closing stages to run out from R.Tayyip Erdoğan Stadium with a well-deserved three points.
