Beşiktaş 3-0 Trabzonspor

The Black and Whites made a flying start into their match at the Konya Torku Arena and went ahead after 5 minutes when Veli Kavlak intercepted a poor clearance from Trabzonspor goalkeeper Fatih Öztürk and fired it home before entering the 18-yard box. It took only 16 minutes for the Turkish Super League leaders to double their lead as Demba Ba back-healed Olcay Şahan’s neat pass in from near the 6-yard line for his 8th goal of the season.  
 
Trabzonspor tried hard to find their way back into the game in the second half, but failed to break down Beşiktaş’ well-organised defence. The Black Eagles added an insurance goal through substitute Cenk Tosun in the 84th minute to secure all three points and retain their first place position in the Turkish Super League after 12 matches.
