The Black Eagles stared their first game in the 2014/15 Turkish Basketball League with a lineup of Hilton Armstrong, Jajuan Johnson, Ryan Broekhoff, Muratcan Güler and Kerem Tunçeri. After surging ahead 56-52 at the break, they opened up a ten-point lead midway through the fourth quarter and were up 71-70 entering the final minute, but a late push enabled the home side to squeeze out a three-point victory. Jajuan Johnson led the Black Eagles with 26 points.
