Beşiktaş men’s handball started the Turkish Cup quarter-finals first leg in Istanbul with a line up of İbrahim Demir, Oğuzhan Büyük, Viktor Ladyko, Vladimir Zelic, Ramazan Döne, Bülent Erkol and Tolga Özbahar. They took a 18-15 lead in the first half and managed to hang onto it until the end. The unstoppable Ramazan Döne paced the Eagles with 15 goals.
