Men’s handball knocked out of EHF Cup after home draw

Having lost the first leg in Croatia by quite a margin, the demoralized Black Eagles fielded a lineup of İbrahim Demir, Oğuzhan Büyük, Vladimir Zelic, Şenol Boyar, Ramazan Döne, Ercan Aşıkoğlu, Tolga Özbahar and were down 15-14 at the half with a last second goal. They put up a strong fight in the second half to pull out a miracle but settled for a draw in the end.
