‘Led by Deron Williams, we took charge right from the opening tip-off and never let it slip. When Deron got into foul trouble and Kemp got tired, Zoran Erceg and Can Akın stepped up and helped us out. I dedicate this win to Chairman Yıldırım Demirören and Board Member Şeref Yalçın, who played a huge part in putting this team together. I also thank the fans for their non-stop cheering, which gave us the extra motivation when we needed it.’
