‘We are pleased to start the group stage with a win. Deron William’s superb playmaking and a series of clutch baskets from Semih Erden and Marcelus Kemp enabled us to build a healthy lead by the end of first half. We somewhat slowed down a little in the second part but still managed to walk away with our heads held high. It sure was an important win for us.’
