Beşiktaş Football Team that had completed its camp activities in Austria and Germany in the pre-season returned to Istanbul.

Black and Whites came from Munich to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. Second President responsible of Football Branch Kıvanç Oktay noted that the football players came to a better level in terms of physical capacity and fitness in the statement he had made at the Atatürk Airport. Oktay said, ''It was a very good camp session. The preparation games progressed in the way that we had been expecting. The results are not very important. What was important is that all of the players had been tested. We would start work as of tomorrow. Our new transfer Ailton would join the training sessions as of Monday. He will make a 2-3 day visit to Brazil in the mean time”.
Our Technical Director Rıza Çalımbay also emphasized that the camp period went perfectly from all aspects and said that they would be way better. Çalımbay stated the following in reply to the questions about the Brazilian Ailton, ''He was a player that we wanted. I believe that he will be very beneficial with his colorful character and goal scoring”.
