A member of Beşiktaş Council since 2007, Kadir Kılıç was born in 1963 in Ankara. He completed his undergraduate education at Hacettepe University and received a postgraduate certificate from Paris Sorbonne IV University. He has been active Turkish leather and fur sector since 1989. He is married with children and speaks French, English and Russian.
