A graduate of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Marmara University, Yalçın Ayaydın (born 1960 in Mardin Province) has worked in textile sector and is currently the Chairman of Ipekyol Group. He also acts as the Chairman of Divan Residence Real Estate firm. Mr. Ayaydın is married with two children.
