-I am excited and happy to be at Besiktas. It is a big  and famous club, known all over the world. I believe I've taken a step forward in my career. 

-I grew up in a family of footballers. My whole family was playing football. They gave me the ball before I started walking. I can say that this is how my football life began.

-Turkiye has always fascinated me. It is great country to live in and play football. I have always been impressed by its football culture and passionate supporters. I wanted to live in this different atmosphere.   People here are very helpful and friendly.  From day one,  they made me feel welcome. The food here is also quite rich when I compare it to other cuisines.

-In fact, I've been playing in Turkey for two and a half years, and I’ve known Besiktas before.  I was a player for Adana Demirspor and I played in many matches against Besiktas. When we learned about Beşiktaş's interest in me, we were all delighted as a family. 

-John Carew is one of our football legends in Norway. It's been a while since another Norwegian has played for Besiktas. I will be the next since Carew, and that makes me proud. I can't wait to start playing.

- Besiktas is a team with high goals and should always be at the top. For that, we need to win every game. We must also do it because of our glorious history. Together with my teammates, I am sure that we will achieve good things at Beşiktaş. Our future is looking bright.

-Everyone who has played for Beşiktaş will  say that the supporters are very passionate and vocal here. I can't wait to play in front of them. Hopefully we can win a lot of games together. 

-I can promise that I will give my 100 percent in every game and in every training. I run a lot and always fight for the team.  I'd rather show my stuff on the pitch than talk about it. 

-I know Beşiktaş Director of Football  Samet Aybaba from Adana Demirspor. I believe in him and respect him a lot. I also know Miguel Peiro, the conditioning coach, from Adana Demirspor. It's nice to see them again. 

-I will work hard to take Beşiktaş to higher places. I  want to be a player who contributes a lot to the team.  I'm eager, excited and  ready for my first action.
