"-I would like to express my condolences to the families of our recent martyrs and to our nation.

-As a member of Beşiktaş community, I have always been familiar with the problems of the Beşiktaş football teams. This time, I assumed an official  role to help solve them. I am responsible for the Club’s men’s, women’s and youth football teams along with Beşiktaş soccer schools.  However, I will not be managing on the pitch. My job is to support the coaches. 

-We are presently trying to find a new coach for the men’s team. We also know the shortcomings in our current squad. For the future of the team, we're holding negotiations with the players at hand. After making some room, we will sign new players.  

-Our door is open for anyone who wants to leave  Beşiktaş.  This 120-year-old  Club have an internationally respected reputation,  and no one can damage it.     

-We need to get more contributions from our youth teams.  We will also increase our scouting teams. In order to become financially secure, you have to produce your own players. Six players are currently in  first team’s squad. We are working to increase their playing time on the pitch. We will mix them with our experienced  players for  best results.  

- Six of our players have gone to the Africa Cup of Nations, and they are mostly defenders. Our defense will be under serious pressure in our upcoming fixtures. A better player-transfer planning is required. We have four critical matches ahead of us. We are doing everything to improve the performance of our players.   

-Beşiktaş have a typical game style. Besiktas  play passionately, bravely, and fast. We will bring in players with the same values. Regardless of the score, every player has battle hard from start to finish and help each other.

-We are presently aiming at the Turkish Cup title. I have prepared a special bonus system for this cup. That's our biggest goal. Our second goal is to finish the league in a way that we can qualify for Europe.

-We are going through difficult times, but we are not hopeless. We just need some more time.”
