Beşiktaş 69-62 İstanbul University

In its Turkish Cup Group B qualifications opener, Beşiktaş Women’s Basketbal rallied in the fourth quarter to earn a hard-fought victory. Starting off the game with a lineup of Natasha Cloud, Şaziye İvegin Üner, Ayşe Cora, Emel Ecem Güler and Luca Ivankovic, the Lady Eagles clung to a 33-31 lead at the break, but the Istanbul University fought back to pull ahead 57-54 after three quarters of play.
 
The score went back and forth in the final stanza with Beşiktaş Women not missing their shots down the stretch and squeezing out a much-needed 7-point win. Ayşe Cora scored 18 points to lead the Lady Eagles, while Luca Ivankovic had a double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds.
