In the second leg of league semi-finals, Beşiktaş men’s handball team downed visitors Maliye Milli Piyango 24-19 at the Suleyman Seba Sports Hall to reach the finals.

Holding a 6-goal advantage from the first leg , the Eagles started a bit shaky and fell behind, 3-0, after six minutes. They eventually found their flow and came back to draw level at 7-7 on a 20th –minute goal from Oğuzhan. Then two late goals gave them a 12-10 edge, heading into the dressing room at the half.
Beşiktaş took full control in the second half as they pushed their advantage to 5 goals, 12-17 at the halfway mark to cruise to a comfortable 24-19 victory. 
The Eagles are to face Ankara Büyükşehir Belediye in the finals, with the first leg scheduled for Wednesday, May 11 at Celal Atik Sports Hall in Izmir.
