Beşiktaş Youth Organization Coordinator Ulvi Güveneroğlu unveiled the reasons why Beşiktaş  youth teams are catching the eye this seasons.

“Our success is no coincidence. We are enjoying the fruits of our hard work. Before the season, we put together a plan and went out to implement it to perfection. As you all know, our Academy U-15s won their group and qualified for the nationals. U-17s, on the other hand, became the Turkish champions. And, after beating the leaders Galatasaray this week, our U-18s took sole position of the first place in their group with one match to go. All these achievements show that we are on the right tract.  
Our first priority is to raise new talent for the senior team. These lads have been playing together for a long time so they act as a unit and adjust to new tactics real fast. We also make sure that they improve their game every other match. In not so distance future, you’ll see them making the headlines. I must admit our U-17s’ recent success have given us a real boost.”
