In the last match of the regular season, visiting Beşiktaş Women’s Volleyball suffered a 3-1
decision to Galatasaray at Burhan Felek Sports Hall today.

The Lady Eagles started sluggish as they trailed 8-3 and 16-4 at the technical timeouts. They never recovered rest of the way and lost the opening set 25-8. They managed to get back into the game in the second set by entering the technical timeouts with leads of 8-7 and 16-14, on their way to a 25-20 win that tied the score at one set apiece. But Galatasaray flexed its muscles in the remaining sets to take them 25-20 and 27-25 for a 3-1 victory.
Despite the loss, Beşiktaş Women’s Volleyball  finished the regular season in 8th place and earned the right  to compete in the playoffs.
