Beşiktaş bridge team  will compete in Marmara Region Qualifications, which will start on April the 8th.

The team, coached by Arkan Tünay who is one of the founders of  Anadolu Beşiktaş Association and a member of Ankara Bridge Club, has to pass the three-round qualifications stage for a spot in the Turkish Nationals to be held in Ankara between August 19-24. 
 
Regarding his team title chances, “Every team has equal chances. You can not pick the winner until its completely over. We have strong team which includes one prominent bridge teacher and hope to go all the way,” said Mr. Tünay.
 
The team, captained by Volkan Tunalıgil, is comprised of Gün Süer, Özcan Pehlivan, Murat Akgül, Nuray Akgül, Ali Uçar, Arda Çiçek, Akın Koçlar, Erdem Öztürk.
 
The Marmara Region Qualifications schedule is as follows:

April 8-9-10 (Via Port Hotel)

April 29-30 and May 1 (Via Port Hotel)
 
Round 3
May 20-21-22 (Kup Briç Club/ Bostancı)
