Beşiktaş lost 1-0 away to Sivasspor on Day 27 of the Turkish Super league.

Inspired by Quaresma’s relentless attacks from both flanks, the Eagles applied most of the early pressure and came close to breaking the deadlock on 31 minutes, but Sivasspor goalkeeper Korcan Çelikay denied Hugo Almeida in a one-on-one to keep the scoresheet clean. The score remained 0-0 at interval, with the visitors ruing over their missed opportunity. 
In the second half, Beşiktaş stepped up a gear and pushed forward more, but when Sivok got sent off after receiving his second yellow in the 65th minute, all their plans went down the drains. Sivasspor made a good use of their one man advantage and went on to score an injury-time goal through Cihan Yılmaz to run out 1-0 victors.
