In Aroma League Week 19 matchup, Beşiktaş Women’s Basketball fell 3-0 to visiting Nilüfer Belediyesi at the Arena.

The Lady Eagles got off to a strong start but trailed 8-7 and 16-11 at the technical timeouts. From there on, they tightened up on defense with towering blocks, which kept them within reach, only to see Nilüfer Belediyesi prevail 26-24 in the end for 1-0 lead. The same scenario repeated itself in the second set, with the visitors winning 25-22 to make it 2-0. Beşiktaş’s Ladies gave everything they got in the third and even led 8-5 at the first technical timeout, but it was not destined to be their night as they dropped the set 25-21 for a three set loss.
