In Week 9 match-up at Bayrampaşa Sports Hall, Beşiktaş Boys’ Pee Wee Basketball snatched an 80-78 overtime victory over cross-town rival Fenerbahçe.

Despite taking a 20-14 edge after one, the Young Eagles trailed 39-32 at halftime. Fenerbahçe maintained its lead and was up by three, 52-49, heading into the final stanza. The Black and White bounced back to tie the game at 68 in the fourth and sent the game into overtime. The score remained close in OT, but thanks to a late rally, Beşiktaş emerged with an 80-78 victory.
Levent Kurtiş scored a game-high 35 points for the Eagles as they guaranteed a third place finish.
