The Week 20 league action at the Adnan Menderes Sports Hal saw host Botaş pulling out a 82-77 victory over Beşiktaş Cola Turka Women’s Basketball.

Thanks to a string of jumpers by Sales and Yasemin, the Lady Eagles built a 25-16 cushion by the end of first quarter. They maintained their tempo in the second as the margin grew to 44-30 at the break.

Botaş got back into the game in the third and scored a succession of unanswered points in the closing minutes to crawl within two, 53-51, heading into the final frame. The score remained tight for most of the fourth, but a late rally gave Botaş a six point, 77-71, advantage with 1:30 left to play. The Lady Eagles tried hard to erase the deficit down the stretch, only to see the home team fend off all attempts to walk away with a 82-77 victory.
