Beşiktaş football team’s young defender Ersan Gülüm, who tore his left knee cross ligaments in Cup match and ended the season, has been successfully operated by Dr. David Young in Melbourne, Australia today.

According to Beşiktaş JK Doctor Devrim Urgun, Ersan Gülüm’s surgery went without any complications, and the player would stay in hospital for two more days before starting his 3-month long rehab program in Australia. He will then return to Istanbul to complete his treatment.
