Beşiktaş President Yıldırım Demirören addressed the Black and White Community in his preface at the August 2005 issue of the Beşiktaş Magazine:

                                            
Dear Beşiktaş fans,
We took a giant step for realizing a 30 year old dream, BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba project. I present my thanks to our Presidents namely Late Mehmet Üstünkaya, being first, Süleyman Seba, Serdar Bilgili and all heroes that I could not fit their names in here in the name of Beşiktaş Community.
The project has been awarded to Aşçıoğlu Construction Company upon the approval of our Board of Directors and with the meticulous work of Tender Commission that we had formed under the Presidency of our esteemed Member of Board of Directors and our Friend İlhan Durusoy for months.
As you all know, we have dwelled upon the Fulya project since we took the office and worked at an intense pace for day and night. I had expressed my feelings on all occasions that Beşiktaş did not have a single minute to lose in this matter. Now we experience the happiness and honor of having covered a long way in realizing the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba project.
 
BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba project would be the most important inheritance, which Board of Directors and I would bequest to our Beşiktaş.
I would like our community to provide support regarding the project, join hands in completing the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba project as soon as possible and making it a gain of our Club as of today.
I express my heartfelt gratitude to the Investments Committee President Mr İlhan Durusoy being first, Tender Commission, and everybody who spent great efforts in it.
Dear Beşiktaş Fans,
The successes of our Club in sports continue while our Club takes a very important step towards establishing facilities. Our Beşiktaş that is the only club that has the Adults’ Handicapped Branch in Turkey has undersigned a success that befits its name and our Wheelchair Basketball Team reached the Championship.
Moreover we continue to get fruitful results of the importance that our Club had attached to infrastructures of all branches. The Championship that our Youth Volleyball Team won provides hope for the coming years.
I present my thanks to everyone who has valuable efforts in these successful results.
Dear Beşiktaş Fans,
We performed necessary activities in order to reinforce our Team before the 2005-2006 football season and reach the points that we have targeted both in Europe and Turkey. We included a world star Ailton in our Team while we reinforced various positions in our Team according to the views of our Technical Director, Dear Rıza Çalımbay.
I believe from the bottom of my heart that we will reach our targets with the great support that you will provide for our Team.
