1st Army Commander Full General Hurşit Tolon who is a Beşiktaş fan visited Beşiktaş President Yıldırım Demirören and Members of the Board of Directors at the Club Building in Akaretler.

Full General Tolon was welcome by President Yıldırım Demirören and General Secretary Kenan Öner. Tolon, who also conversed with 2nd President Murat Aksu and Deputy President and President of the Communication Committee Fikret Ercan besides Yıldırım Demirören and Kenan Öner, expressed his happiness due to the Denizlispor win and said “New transfers are constituted by very quality names. Beşiktaş will win the Championship at the end of the season and all Beşiktaş fans will have a glory if the current run continues.”
President Yıldırım Demirören, on the other hand, noted that Full General Hurşit Tolon’s visit to the Beşiktaş Club was an honor for them. 
Full General Tolon awarded President Yıldırım Demirören a plaque with a saying of Grand Leader Atatürk on it at the end of the visit whereas Yıldırım Demirören presented Hurşit Tolon a plaque with Beşiktaş’s emblem to on it.
