Beşiktaş’s Grand Project

The work on the Fulya Project, which is Beşiktaş JK’s future, is pursued at full speed by the Projects Committee and technical team, chaired by Ilhan Durusoy.

Ilhan Durusoy gave out detailed information in the announcement he made as regards to the project planned to be started on April 30, 2005.
He said: 
 “Our target in the Fulya Project is to start construction on April 30, 2005 and to complete it by January 30, 2007. Realization of this contentious target depends both on the completion of administrative procedures and also on positive contributions from the Beşiktaş community.”
Durusoy, underscoring the importance of Market Research studies, added; “Negotiations were made with over 40 leading entrepreneurs and executives in the marketplace. Consequently, it was decided that as a concept, the project would comprise functions like a Hospital, Hypermarket, Hotel, Apart-Hotel, Convention Center, Residence and side units (restaurants, fitness, conference halls, theaters, etc.).
Ilhan Durusoy, specifically emphasizing that they chose to market the complex before the architectural plans to ensure the success of the project and to obtain immediate revenues, stated that, thus it was targeted to procure the highest and continuous income, to save on marketing costs, to ensure operation from day one and to secure marketing.
Ilhan Durusoy announced that on February 12, concept projects would be presented to BJK Assembly Members.
Head of Projects Committee, Ilhan Durusoy, underscored that in developing real estate projects, success would come upon building up of confidence and closed his words saying: “We believe and trust that we will get support from the whole Beşiktaş community to our efforts pursued in transparence to created this confidence in the marketplace and that they will act with due sensitivity on this matter”.
