In the 2nd Grade competitions of Athletics  Cross – Country League held in Balıkesir, Beşiktaş Ladies Athletes have been distinguished among their competitors capturing the first 3 ranks in 5000 meters.

Turkey Cross – Country League 2nd Grade competitions have been held in Balıkesir Walking Course. In the adult ladies category with the range of 5 km, Beşiktaş athletes Arzu Berk has secured the 1st rank with the degree of  16.31, Türkan Erişmiş the 2nd rank with the degree of 16.43 and Gülşah Akdoğan the 3rd rank with the degree of 16.44. With these results, Beşiktaş Athletics Team managing to bring the score difference up with 15 points against its closest competitor Yenimahalle Belediyesi, has come first with 6 points and had a great advantage prior to the 3rd and 4th Grade competitions.
