In the match played between Beşiktaş and Standard Liege from Belgium in the UEFA League, the fnal score was 1-1.  The goals came from Okan Buruk in the 30th minute and S.Liege’s Bangoura in the 81st minute. 

Playing its 3rd match in the 4th week of the UEFA League, with the support of its fans in the BJK İnönü Stadium, Beşiktaş was quite fast in the very beginning and attacked the opponent goal with Ali Güneş from the right wing and Tümer Metin from the left.   Okan Buruk got the ball in the penalty area after a sprint in the 30th minute and kicked the ball into the net after faking goalkeeper Runje.
