In Week 4 action at Sinan Erdem Sports Hall, red-hot Black and White claims another victory.

Visiting Black Eagles got off to a flying start to take a 28-20 lead after one quarter. They never lost their touch in the second stanza and were up 47-34 going into the locker room at the break.
 
In the third quarter, Beşiktaş Milangaz was still dominating both ends as it carried a 64-50 advantage into the fourth quarter. Host Fenerbahçe pushed hard to erase the deficit in the final chapter, but Deron Williams and his teammates were in no mood to relinquish their lead and held off a late rally to walk away with an 83-78 victory.  
 
Deron Williams led the Black Eagles with 21 points followed by Kemp who had 19. With this win, Beşiktaş has made it four wins in a row and shares the top spot with a perfect record.
